Indeed!

He is risen!

Easter Monday morning found us making cinnamon rolls and coloring Easter eggs.

The Mary egg. On three sides there is the face of a different Mary from the Easter story.:) Creative husband....

Easter Sunday evening we shared a Passover/Easter service with the Messianic congregation. We also enjoyed a rousing Russian Easter hymn!

The comparison to communion was really beautiful as we shared with people of Jewish heritage who also rejoice in the symbolism of Jesus' life and death and life.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday we spend camping on the Sea of Galilee with young people from the Messianic fellowship.

Our friend and translator, Yossi.
First day: rainy.

Second day: beautiful. (but it is not so peaceful as it looks - the whole weekend we were surrounded by loud music and young people partying:( We still sang and had good fellowship.

Thursday we had a farewell lunch with NV staff in honor of a veteran guide, Rani.
Rani.

Thursday evening we spent with the Karam kids while their parents went to Mass. Wild times.

May you know Resurrection Joy for another year! Blessing.
